Take your time...

I have finally taken the plunge into blogging after being all talk and no action for the last couple of weeks.

I have read a couple of friends blogs over the last few months and I have become more and more intrigued in the blogging craze. At first I didn't think it was something for me! Im not a strong writer (slight understatement). Its not that my spelling is...... how do I word this..... shocking or my punctuation is......... non apparent. It is all there it just gets in the wrong places :P. What can I say I am dyslexic (that old excuse). The issue I have is finding my style and being able to projecting my personality into what I write.............. but here goes!!



I am also one of those people who thinks starting a diary is an awesome idea... like running. The idea of it sounds better than actually doing it, if you manage to get passed the mental workout and actually get off your arse then the novelty wares off within weeks (if you have that much stamina). Then there is the pain and embarrassment of reading back over it months later when you stumble across that old familiar looking book which you once called your diary! where you bared your soul listing crushes, enemies and the day to day dramas you endured = The Teenage Years!! The things I wrote were as cringe worthy as finding out the packet of cookies I have just devoured in the time of setting up my blog, contained my daily allowance of calories!!!!!!!! FACT!!! how is that possible? I am ever so slightly disgusted in myself now.

Obviously I am now over my fear of blogging/boring you poor people to death and hopefully this does not have the effect on me of running or a diary and will soon become a hobby/obsession of mine.

My window of opportunity: will be about Window design/dressing, my experience, opinions, handy tips I learn along the way and day to day things that inspire me.
